Yes! When you choose Klarna at checkout, you can split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments over 6 weeks. Once your order is completed and approved through Klarna, we’ll schedule delivery + setup—typically within 72 hours when the couch is in stock.

Nope! we can hold your couch for a few days if you need time to clear space or coordinate.

We proudly stand behind every couch we sell. Each piece includes a 1-year limited warranty, covering materials and workmanship under normal household use.

Replacement covers & parts available (purchased separately): We can help you order extra cushion covers or replacement pieces if you ever need them.

• Yes — you can see and try it in person at our Albany showroom. We offer a self-guided (unmanned) showroom experience, so you can take your time with zero sales pressure. We’re open 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM. If you have questions while you’re here, just text or call — we respond fast.

We don’t offer couch removal right now. To keep our prices sharp and focus on fast, white-glove delivery of your new couch, our team isn’t set up for hauling away old furniture.

That said, here are the best ways to get rid of your old couch (and maybe even make a little money):

1. Donate it locally

   • Many local charities and furniture donation centers will pick it up from your home if it’s in usable condition.

   • This keeps it out of the landfill and helps a family in the area.

2. List it on Facebook Marketplace

   • Take a few clear photos, note any wear/tear, and post it for sale.

   • Most people can sell their old couch or at least list it for “Free – you pick up” and have it gone quickly.
